Estranged PTI leader Aleem Khan reached London Wednesday to meet PTI leader Jahangir Tareen, reported 24NewsHD Tv channel.

Aleem will discuss the future course of action with Tareen for the group as the Opposition has submitted the no-confidence motion.

Aleem will also discuss contacting more PTI MPs with Jahangir Tareen.

JKT group in the PTI is lobbying for removing incumbent Punjab chief minister Usman Buzdar. Later, Aleem Khan also joined their ranks and have himself got the backing of the JKT group to become the next Punjab CM.

However, Prime Minister Imran Khan has refused to remove Buzdar and make Aleem Punjab CM instead.

There are also differences among the JKT group over the nomination of Aleem Khan as Punjab CM.

Earlier today, estranged members of PTI belonging to the JKT group met Speaker Punjab Assembly Parvez Elahi who is also a candidate of Punjab CM and did not respond to the group when they mentioned the name of Aleem Khan as a candidate for Punjab CM.
