Eight of family die as car plunges into Lower Kohistan ravine

Eight people including three women and children died when a motor plunged into a ravine near Matta Banda on the Karakoram Highway in Lower Kohistan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
According to Rescue 1122, the motor car was going to Gilgit from Rawalpindi.
Rescue personnel are busy removing bodies from the ravine along with local volunteers.
The deceased belong to Rawalpindi and are members of the same family.
