Pakistan’s style icon Ayesha Omar has decided to share a throwback picture taken in Chitral in order to highlight the importance of creating strong boundaries to protect one’s mental peace.

The lady has taken to her Instagram handle in order to wish her fan following a ‘Happy Super Full Moon’ whereas the caption of Ayesha’s latest click is as always supremely enlightening.

This photo is exactly 10 old. Was trying to separate myself from certain toxic energies but didn’t have strong boundaries in place. I suffered the consequences. And learnt….
