Dubai-bound man caught with foreign currency in Islamabad

The Airport Security Force claimed to have thwarted an attempt to launder money, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Sunday. 

The ASF personnel recovered 50,000 UAE dirhams from a passenger travelling to Dubai, a spokesperson said.

The arrested, identified as Attaullah, was leaving the country via PIA flight, the official said adding that the currency was found in his luggage.
