Transgender shot dead in Peshawar

A transgender person lost his life when unidentified persons opened fire on him in Peshawar, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
The tragic incident occurred in Siddique Colony in the jurisdiction of Gulbahar Police Station in Peshawar. The deceased identified as Farman was a resident of Swat.
Soon after the incident, all the accused escaped from the scene. Police established barricades at many places and started a search operation to apprehend the accused.
Earlier on June 14, 2025, two transgenders killed a man by strangling his throat over a money dispute in Peshawar.
Both transgenders namely Hafeez and Abu Bakr killed their roommate after exchange of harsh words.
