Markets in Islamabad hit chicken s rate before Eid

The price of chicken meat on Monday witnessed a surge in chicken meat prices, ahead of Eid-ul-Fitr in Islamabad.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, in one day, the price of chicken meat was increased by Rs60.

The rate of live birds has increased from Rs330 to Rs390 per kg.

The price of chicken has increased from Rs430 to Rs480 per kg.

The prices of fruits and vegetables have also gone up in Islamabad markets.
