AJK President discusses political affairs with IT Minister, expresses grief over Raja Zulfiqar’s passing

President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry held an important meeting with AJK Minister for Information Technology Sardar Zia Qamar and Member of the AJK Council Shuja Rathore at Kashmir House, Aiwan-e-Sadr in Islamabad.

During the meeting, the trio held in-depth discussions on the prevailing political situation in Azad Kashmir, as well as other matters of mutual interest concerning the region's governance and development.

Separately, President Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry expressed profound sorrow over the passing of Raja Zulfiqar, the brother of Raja Sohrab, Secretary General of the Mirpur Press Club and Chief Editor of Daily Kashmir Nama.

Offering condolences, the President prayed for the departed soul's elevation in Jannah and extended sympathies to the bereaved family. “May Allah Almighty grant the deceased a high rank in Paradise and bestow patience upon his family,” he said.
