NAB awaits Shehbaz Sharif again
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) which has summoned Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif on Monday is keeping its fingers crossed whether the top opposition leader will visit the Bureau this time.
Shehbaz Sharif, the Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly, had earlier skipped NAB summons twice on the pretext that his doctor had advised him to avoid going outside amid coronavirus pandemic.
The NAB issued the summons for Shehbaz Sharif in assets beyond means case for third time, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
NAB said that Shehbaz Sharif money laundering case has been in final stages and it was important to investigate documents pertaining to the case and received from the PML-N President.
NAB officials said that Shehbaz Sharif did not appear before NAB on previous two hearings on April 17 and April 22.
