Shadab Khan ruled out of match against Quetta Gladiators due to groin injury

Islamabad United captain Shadab Khan has been ruled out of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 10 match against Quetta Gladiators due to a groin injury, scheduled to take place at the Gaddafi Stadium Lahore on Saturday.

According to an official statement released by the Islamabad United franchise, Shadab suffered from a groin injury while batting during last night’s PSL X fixture against Peshawar Zalmi.

As a precautionary measure, he has been advised to rest and will not participate in today's match.

“To ensure his fitness is not compromised further, he has been rested for today’s match," said the Islamabad United team management.

"A scan was conducted as a precaution. We are currently awaiting the results, and further updates will be shared once the report is received," the team added.
