Jemima Goldsmith's engagement reports surface

Jemima Goldsmith, former wife of Imran Khan, is reportedly engaged to Irish-Australian financier Cameron O’Reilly after more than a year of dating, according to a report by The Mail on Sunday.

Citing sources close to the couple, the newspaper said Goldsmith, 52, is “very happy” in the relationship.

The two are believed to have met through professional circles, with O’Reilly having worked as an executive producer on several films and documentaries.

Their relationship reportedly evolved from friendship into a romantic partnership, and the couple now splits their time between O’Reilly’s residence in Switzerland and Goldsmith’s home in West London.

O’Reilly, 62, comes from a prominent business family and is the son of late media tycoon Anthony O’Reilly.

He has held roles at major media organisations before founding private equity firm Bayard Capital.

He later acquired Swiss energy management company Landis+Gyr, which was subsequently sold to Toshiba in a multi-billion-dollar deal.

British writer and filmmaker Jemima Goldsmith is the daughter of billionaire James Goldsmith and was previously married to former Pakistani prime minister Imran Khan.

The couple married in 1995 and divorced in 2004, and share two sons.

Despite their separation, Goldsmith has remained publicly supportive of Khan, particularly during his ongoing legal and political challenges in Pakistan.

The reported engagement marks a new personal chapter for Goldsmith, months after the death of her mother, Annabel Goldsmith, in October last year.
