‘WhatsApp Survey’ feature to transform users’ experience

September 3, 2022 01:35 PM

WhatsApp, an instant messaging app, has developed a new feature for its users which is expected to be released in the future app update. WhatsApp has announced that it will update a feature in which users would be able to submit their feedback about new features, products, and more.

WhatsApp will soon roll out the feature that invites users to WhatsApp Surveys. It will be sent to the users over the verified chat.

Participation in a survey has no impact on users' accounts, features, or experiences, but it will undoubtedly help WhatsApp upgrade the app.

Although it is not yet obvious which surveys will be sent as a result of this conversation, the notion of providing feedback through a WhatsApp official chat sounds highly intriguing because of the comments will help them better understand how to develop WhatsApp, according to Wabetainfo.

Whatsapp Survey Feature

As per Wabetainfo, “All your responses are securely saved and they are available to only a small part of people and they comply with the WhatsApp Privacy Policy. For official chats, WhatsApp marks verified accounts by using a green checkmark so you always know it’s an official account.

But note: even if a conversation is marked with a verified green checkmark, you should never share your private information with them.

In fact, WhatsApp Survey will never ask for sensitive information such as your credit number, 6-digit code, or two-step verification PIN: it is only used for feedback purposes and, as we said above, you can opt out at any time by blocking the conversation within Chat Info.”
