Pakistan committed to defending maritime frontiers, says President Zardari

President Asif Ali Zardari has affirmed that Pakistan remains fully committed to defending its maritime frontiers and safeguarding national interests.

In a statement, he expressed his happiness over the induction of PNS Khaibar into the Pakistan Navy's fleet.

He described it as a reflection of the continuous improvement in the Navy's professional capabilities and preparedness.

The President said Pakistan Navy has consistently fulfilled its responsibilities in accordance with national security requirements, particularly during "Marka-e-Haq."

Highlighting the changing regional context, Asif Ali Zardari emphasized that a strong naval force remains a key pillar in protecting Pakistan's sovereignty.
