Three Central Punjab politicians join PPP

The politicians from Central Punjab have made a beeline to join the Pakistan Peoples Party as three political leaders from that region have met the PPP co-chairman and announced joining the party, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

Politician Chaudhry Ali Ashraf from Gujranwala NA-74 called on PPP Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari and expressed his wish to join the Pakistan Peoples Party.

Other politicians who announced joining the PPP after meeting with Zardari included Ch Ansar from NA-79 Hafizabad Jalalpur Bhatian and Chaudhry Haris Miran from PP-58 Gujranwala.

PPP Secretary General Nayyar Bukhari, Hassan Murtaza, Imtiaz Safdar Warraich, and Azhar Hussain Dar were also present on the occasion.
