Prof Sajid Mir laid to rest

Funeral prayers of Senator Prof Sajid Mir were offered in Sialkot on Saturday night.

Hafiz Masood Alam led the funeral prayers, which were offered at the Allama Iqbal College Ground. A large number of political, social and religious leaders attended the funeral prayers.

Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Federal Planning and Development Minister Ahsan Iqbal, Maulana Asad Mahmood, Allama Ibtisam Ilahi Zaheer, Abdul Ghafoor Haideri and Maulana Ahmad Ludhianvi were also in attendance.
