Three killed after fire breaks out in rickshaw in Multan

Three members of the same family were burnt to death while 14 were injured after fire broke out in a moving rickshaw at Muzaffargarh Road in Multan due to cylinder blast on Sunday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The injured were shifted to Nishtar Hospital after the provision of first aid.

Fire brigade vehicles rushed to the site and extinguished the flames.

Couple die in road accident 

Also on Sunday, a man and his wife were killed while two women were seriously injured in a horrific collision between a car and a trailer near Basti Dadwala at M-5 in Multan.

The deceased were identified as Ameer Abdullah and Rabia Khan, while 20-year-old Hamna and 30-year-old Umme Aiman were injured.

The family was travelling from Islamabad to Rahim Yar Khan when they met with an accident.

The dead as well as the injured were shifted to a hospital.
