Dollar down against Pakistani rupee

The American dollar lost its value by 18 paisas against the Pakistani rupee in the inter-bank trading on the first day of the trading week, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to the State Bank of Pakistan, in the inter-bank trading dollar lost 18 paisas to close at Rs164.32. Euro traded and gained 16 paisas to close at Rs192.91 in inter-bank trading. However, the British pound traded poorly in the inter-bank trading on Monday and lost 11 paisas to close at Rs212.84.
On Friday, Us dollar lost its value by 50 paisas against the Pakistani rupee in the inter-bank trading. According to the State Bank of Pakistan, in the inter-bank trading dollar lost 50 paisas to close at Rs164.50. Euro also traded poorly and lost 80 paisas to close at Rs192.75 in inter-bank trading.
However, the British pound fared well in the inter-bank trading on Friday and soared by Rs1.05 to close at Rs212.95. According to the Exchange Companies Association, in the open trading, the American dollar lost 90 paisas to close at 164.80, Euro was down by Rs1 to close at Rs193.50 and the British pound was also down by Rs1 to close at Rs213.50.
