Sania Mirza wows the whole internet with her very tough and strenuous workout routine.

A glimpse of how hard the wife of Pakistani cricket star, Shoaib Malik, wows fans and follower.

Celebrity trainer Yasir Khan posted the video on his Instagram account and tagged the 35-year-old athlete immersed in a very extreme work out, inspiring many and giving out fitness goals.

The trainer says that Mirza has lost two to three KG’s of weight with which she was struggling in only six sessions.

He further says that The gym is the athlete’s new court and that is where she makes all the action happen and is very much motivated for her transformation.

“She definitely comes with a mindset to smash her sessions & she has started mastering her movements. She is definitely an ACE in the gym & that is not a backhanded compliment. As days progress, I am more & more excited to be working with Sania & helping her transform her life” he concluded.
