First PIA flight ready to fly from Lahore to Paris

The first flight of the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is ready to fly to Paris after a four year hiatus. 

The European Union had banned flights from Pakistan four years ago after suspicions about validity of Pakistani pilots’ licences. 

Now the first flight of the PIA will leave for Paris on January 10. According to a spokesperson for the PIA, reservation of tickets for this Lahore to Paris flight will begin on December 7.

PIA will operate two flights every week from Lahore to Paris, one on Tuesdays and the other on Fridays. PIA will use Boeing 777 for flights between Lahore and Paris.
