Gold prices further decrease in Pakistan

The gold prices Monrday saw a nominal decrease in Pakistani markets as Pakistan rupee showed little spine against the US dollar in the inter-bank trading, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to the All Pakistan jewellers Association, the price of 24-Karat gold reached Rs204,300 per tola after seeing a decrease of Rs200.

Similarly, the price for 10 grams of 24-Karat gold reached Rs175,154 after seeing a decrease of Rs182.

The price of 22-Karat gold, used in making the jewellery, reached Rs187, 246per tola after seeing a decrease of Rs148.

The price of 10 grams of 22-Karat gold reached Rs160,588 after seeing a decrease of Rs127.

In the international market, the price of one ounce of gold prices increased by $5 and was being traded for $1870.

The prices of silver in the country remained stable as the 24-Karat silver was being traded for Rs2250 per tola and Rs1929 per 10 grams.
