Katie Price returns to London after Dubai getaway amid Princess's birthday snub
Katie Price has been spotted for the first time since her high-profile absence from daughter Princess Andre’s 18th birthday celebrations.
The former glamour model, 47, touched down at Gatwick Airport, carrying luxury shopping bags after a solo Dubai getaway.
Dressed in casual grey joggers and a matching crop top, Price kept a low-key appearance while toting a Louis Vuitton handbag and purchases from high-end retailers.
The trip marks her first public sighting since the reported fallout surrounding Princess’s milestone event.
Price was not invited to the birthday bash, which was being filmed for Princess’ upcoming ITV docuseries produced by her father Peter Andre’s management company, CAN Associates.
Katie has been banned from appearing in the show, an exclusion that appears to have deepened existing family tensions.
Taking to Instagram, Price addressed the snub with a series of emotional quotes, defending her love for Princess.
“Princess is now officially an adult,” she said in her podcast with sister Sophie. “So mummy and Princess can now go out together – if certain people would let her be seen with me.”
Princess, who is carving out a career as an influencer, celebrated her big day with a private dinner and filming sessions for her show, which will spotlight her life with father Peter, his wife Emily, and brother Junior.
Meanwhile, Katie shared glimpses of her Dubai holiday, drawing further scrutiny from the press.
Complicating matters further, Price mistakenly posted her 18th birthday tribute to Princess two days early, then deleted it, an awkward gaffe that made headlines.
Despite the public drama, Price continued to share supportive messages on social media, including heartfelt images featuring clouds and beach sand inscriptions.
But insiders claim her presence was never planned: “Katie was never going to be part of the celebrations,” a source told MailOnline. “She wasn’t invited.”
The source added that while Princess “loves her mum,” those close to her felt it was best to keep the focus on her growing career and away from further controversy.
Price, who shares Princess and Junior with ex-husband Peter Andre, also has three other children: Harvey, 22, with Dwight Yorke; and Jett, 11, and Bunny, 10, with ex-husband Kieran Hayler.
