Trade deficits jumped 9pc during July 2025

Country’s trade deficits during the first month of fiscal year 2025-26 has registered 9 percent jump during July 2025 while annual hike touched 17 percent, reported 24NewsHDTV Channel. 

According to Bureau of Statics report, trade deficit widened 9 percent month-on-month and 17 percent year-on-year basis in July 2025 and reached $2.752 billion. 

The import bill increased 12.4% month-on-month and 29.2% year-on-year basis.
