Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has reached Quetta from Karachi to condole with Hazara community members, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Earlier, Thursday the PPP chairman was offloaded from a plane bound for Quetta as its engine developed a fault.
Bilawal was scheduled to visit the provincial capital of Balochistan to express solidarity with members of the Hazara community who are refusing to bury those miners who were gunned down by unidentified assailants in Machh a few days back.
In a tweet, Bilawal said he was keen to get to Quetta along with Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, PPP leader Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani and others, but had been offloaded due to the technical fault in the special plane’s engine.
Have been trying to reach Quetta with CM Sindh & Former PM Gillani. We’ve had to off load as the planes engine would not start. Trying to make other arrangements. PM must accept demands of the victims of terrorism protesting along with their dead for 5 days now. #HazaraKoJeenayDo
