January 7, 2021 06:00 PM

The government of Punjab has sent back to the federal government the summary of handing over the services of five 21-grade officers to the Centre, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

The SGAD had sent the summary to Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar for approval. However, the latter returned it without taking any action.

The federal government wants the Punjab government to hand over the services of Additional Chief Secretary Momin Agha, Zahid Akhtar Zaman, Iram Bukhari, Captain (r) Saif Anjum and Dr Sajid Mehmood Chauhan.

Buzdar, however, decided that these officers would stay in Punjab.
