Lahore High Court (LHC) has activated the e-notice system to ensure compliance with the orders of civil courts, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Initially, e-notice and case management systems have been linked in all civil courts of Lahore, sources said.

The integration of the case management system and e-notice compliance system will help in the timely delivery of justice.

The sources claimed that the project was completed without any cost due to the special efforts of Justice Shujaat Ali Khan.

After the success in Lahore, the modern process service system will be linked with the case management system in the entire province, they said.

They further said that case management, record management, and e-notice systems will prove to be a game changer in the district judiciary. “Under the modern process service system, there can be no lapse on the part of the compliance officer,” they added.

The compliance officer must be present at the relevant address to comply with the summons, sources added.
