Blaze in yarn factory in Karachi brought under control

A massive fire that erupted in a yarn factory in Karachi was brought under control on Monday morning, reported 4NewsHD TV channel.

The factory was located at Bhains Colony Morr in Karachi. After receiving the report, six vehicles of the fire brigade rushed to the spot and started the rescue operation.

Earlier on December 5, a massive fire broke out at a garment factory in the Landhi area of Karachi.

The rescue officials declared it a ‘third-degree’ fire and called fire tenders from across the city. The blaze broke out at the factory located in the Landhi Export Processing Zone. 

The rescue authorities further confirmed that all workers inside the factory were safely evacuated from the building.
