Man shoots robber dead in Karachi

A man shot dead a robber in Korangi Zaman Town of Karachi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

Police said that the dacoit was looting people along with his accomplices when one of the persons resisted the robbery bid and opened fire at him.

His three accomplices, however, managed to flee from the spot.

Police said they were looking for the fleeing dacoits.

Karachi road accidents

Meanwhile, three people were killed while four, including two women, were injured in different road accidents in the port city.

One person was killed in a road accident in Gulshan-e-Bahar area of Orangi Town.

In another incident reported from Nagan Chowrangi, a motorcyclist was killed when he was run over by a truck.

Similarly, one person was killed when his motorcycle slipped near Clifton Bilawal Chowrangi.

In yet another incident, four people, including two women, were injured when a speeding rickshaw overturned near Korangi Crossing.
