Uncontrolled aggression along Line of Control

Six Pakistani civilians, including three children and a woman, sustain injuries in Indian cross-border firing

May 8, 2020 03:02 PM

Indian troops continued cross-border firing wounding six civilians including three children, ISPR said on Thursday.

In a tweet, the military media wing said the Indian forces deliberately targeted civilians with heavy mortars, artillery and automatics in Nezapir and Rakhchikri sectors.

The injured were taken to a health facility for treatment, the ISPR added.

Pakistan has been raising concerns over Indian bids to stage a false flag operation to imperil peace in region. The United Nation last week made a ceasefire appeal in wake of COVID-19 killing spree.
