Woman shoots husband dead in Karachi

A woman shot her husband dead over a domestic dispute in Orangi Town of Karachi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.

According to police, the deceased has been identified as 35-year-old Muhammad Hussain.

The weapon used in the shooting belonged to deceased Muhammad Hussain.

Earlier, woman Noor had filed a case of divorce (Khula) against her husband Muhammad Hussain.

Police said Muhammad Hussain also has previous criminal record.

In a dispute over the divorce issue on September 28, Hussain had opened fire at the house of the accused Noor and injured three people, including the accused's father, police said.

The police reached the spot and arrested the accused Noor and recovered the murder weapon, a pistol and started further investigation into the incident.
