Azma Bukhari says former PM needs examination of his mental health
Punjab Information Minister Azma Bukhari said on Tuesday that PTI founder Imran Khan used to threaten women of his rival political parties when was the prime minister of the country, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Addressing a press conference in Lahore, she said it was strange that now that very person pretended that he was the most persecuted man in the world.
“For the last two and a half years, a campaign has been unleashed against the state institutions,” she said, adding that prompted the DG ISPR to address a press conference.
Azma further said that in her opinion, the PTI founder needed an examination of his mental health. “Imran can aptly be described as Altaf Hussain Part-II,” she added.
The minister said it was unfortunate that it was being propagated that the former prime minister’s health was not good. “The truth of the matter is that he is served dishes like chicken, fish and other sumptuous meals.”
She claimed that the transparency international, in its report, said nothing about corruption, but about governance in the country.
Azma questioned, “Who are these people who damaged, vandalized and burnt government and military installations on May 9?”
“These people were neither good for the country in the past, nor they are in the present.”
The man, she went on to say, who demanded receipts from others, himself could not present receipts of Bani Gala and Zaman Park residences.
The minister said that KP Chief Minister Sohail Afridi had destroyed his province. “Every other day he is found staging a sit-in outside Adiala Jail.”
Calling Imran Khan ‘Fitna’ Khan, she opined that the two could not go together.
