Soon after, Tara addressed the growing online chatter by calling out what she described as a paid PR campaign designed to malign her and Veer.

When an influencer claimed they were approached to post negative content about the couple, Tara reshared the post and wrote, "Thank YOU for speaking up and sharing how this is PAID PR and done to malign my reputation. Disgusting that they have made a list of derogatory captions and told creators to share this urgently!!!! SHAMEFUL."

Tara and Veer made their relationship public around mid-July 2025, though they reportedly began dating earlier that year.

The first major hint came when Tara shared a photo with AP Dhillon from his track Thodi Si Daaru. Veer commented "My," along with a star and red heart emoji. Tara replied "Mine," accompanied by an evil eye and red heart, effectively confirming their relationship.

Following that exchange, the couple appeared inseparable. They were spotted together at red carpet events, fashion shows, lavish holidays, and often expressed their affection openly on social media.
