Humaira Asghar’s death shrouded in mystery despite autopsy

The mysterious death of actress Humaira Asghar continues to raise questions as her postmortem was completed late last night, but the exact cause of death remains undetermined.

According to hospital sources, no conclusive reason for the 28-year-old's death could be established during the initial examination. 
Multiple samples were collected during the autopsy and have been preserved for further forensic analysis.

Sources said that a final report is expected in a few days, which may provide clarity on the circumstances surrounding her sudden demise.
Humaira Asghar’s decomposed body was discovered at her apartment in Karachi’s upscale Defence area.

Sindh Culture Minister Zulfiqar Ali Shah too took notice of the mysterious death and sought a report on the incident at the earliest.

The death has sent shockwaves through the entertainment industry, already mourning the recent loss of senior actress Ayesha Khan.

Police confirmed that the body, found in a severely decomposed state, may be around 20 days old.

No family members or close associates have yet come forward, deepening the mystery.

The SSP concerned stated that Humaira’s mobile phone was recovered from the scene, and the SIM card was registered in her name. Her apartment has since been sealed as part of the ongoing investigation.

Authorities have retrieved the call data record (CDR), which they believe will help determine the timeline of her final interactions and estimate the time of death.
