Police on Wednesday arrested a supplier of 50 mounds of dead chicken meat at River Ravi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The truck was coming from Khanpur to Lahore to supply dead chicken meat. Lahore police intercepted a truck and saved Lahorities from eating the dead meat.

the citizens present at the site questioned the role of Punjab Food Authority (PFA) to stop these attempts to transport dead chicken meat.
