Moonis Elahi calls for delaying exams
PML-Q leader Moonis Elahi has again asked the government to defer inter and matric examinations keeping in view the surging coronavirus cases, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
In a tweet uploaded on Saturday, Moonis Elahi said as the examinations began there was also a possibility of rise in coronavirus infections.

He said the education ministry should not insist on holding the exams. “The ministry should rather think about students’ life, health and future,” he added.

He asked the ministry whether it can stop the pandemic from entering examination centres if it raises its ugly head again.
