Two injured in Mardan grenade attack

Two people were injured in a hand-grenade attack on a petrol pump in Mardan on Thursday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Unidentified attackers lobbed two hand grenades on the filling station in Jhanday Bazaar of Takh Bhai area, which resulted in injuries to two persons.

One grenade exploded while the other was defused by the bomb disposal squad.

A day earlier, unidentified attackers shot dead two police personnel who were deployed for the security of a polio workers team near Rustam Bridge in Mardan.
