Three murdered in separate incidents in Lahore
Two men and a woman lost their lives and seven become seriously injured in three firing incidents in Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
These incidents occurred in Kahna, Heer and Sundar areas of Lahore.
In the first incident, some unidentified accused opened fire on Sarwar who was sleeping on the roof of his house in Kahna. The victim received two bullets on his head and died on the spot.
In the second incident in Heer area, some accused who were riding a motorcycle opened fire on Mustafa Khan who was working as a security guard in a sanitary shop. After the firing Mustafa Khan died on the spot.
The third incident took place in Hanjarwal area of Lahore after physical torture of her in-laws. Police said that the bride’s in-laws tied the rope around her neck after which she died.
Soon after the incident police team reached the spot and shifted the dead body of bride to local hospital’s mortuary.
Police said that in-laws of bride trying to turn her death into a suicide. Police started investigation to determine real purpose of her sudden death.
Meanwhile, three persons were seriously injured in a firing incident in Sundar area. Police said that a clash erupted between them while they were standing in the street.
The accused who were later identified as Mohammad Boota and Abdul Rauf opened fire on them. The injured persons Mohammad Shahid, Shoaib, Hanif, Rasheed, Naveed, Mohammad Umar and Naseer received serious bullet wounds.
Police shifted all the injured persons to hospital and started investigation.
