Young bride shot dead five months after marriage

A girl was killed in Dhok Chaudhryan area of Rawalpindi only five months after her marriage, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
The father of eighteen-year-old Humaira Niaz has alleged that his daughter was shot dead by her husband since both used to quarrel with each other quite often.
Police have taken the girl’s husband into custody and started an investigation.
The victim girl’s father has demanded capital punishment for her husband. “My daughter has been brutally killed. And I demand justice for her,” he implored.
Police later shifted Humaira’s body to DHQ hospital for the post-mortem.
