61,147 Pakistani Hajj pilgrims arrive in Saudi Arabia

As many as 61,147 Hajj pilgrims have reached Saudi Arabia from Pakistan, which is more than 51 percent of the total 119,000 government Hajj pilgrims, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

Overall, 58,000 Pakistani Hajj pilgrims are still waiting for their departure to perform Hajj. The Federal Ministry for Religious Affairs arranged to send all these Hajj pilgrims through 468 scheduled flights.

Till now, 244 Hajj flights have been operated. Out of 141 flights, 103 flights operated for Jeddah. More than 52 percent of the Hajj operation is completed, while 224 flights are still awaited.

Only 10 days are left out of the 34-day Hajj flight operation. The last flight will depart from Pakistan on May 21, 2026.

Around 1288, Hajj volunteers are performing their duties. 25,782 Hajj pilgrims offer prayers at Riaz-ul-Jinnah.

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), Airblue, AirSial, and Saudi Arabian Airlines are taking part in the Hajj operations.

129 Hajj flights departed from Islamabad, 124 from Karachi, 104 from Lahore, 18 from Quetta, 34 from Multan, Sialkot 26, Faisalabad 23, and Sukkur 5.
