Quaid-e-Azam’s 73rd death anniversary observed

The 73rd death anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the Father of the Nation, was observed on Saturday with reverence, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Father of the Nation Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah passed away on 11th September 1948 in Karachi.
A special ceremony of Quran Khawani and fateha was held at the mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam in Karachi.
Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was born on Dec 25, 1876. He served as the country’s first governor-general until his demise.
Federal Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu paid glowing tributes to the father of the nation Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah on his death anniversary.
Sindh Governor Imran Ismael and Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah paid a visit to the Quaid’s Mausoleum. Both leaders emphasised on the unity of the nation to counter the country’s challenges. Karachi Administrator Murtaza Wahab was also present.
People from different walks of life visited the mausoleum to lay a floral wreath on his grave.
