PHF president served show-cause notice

Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) issued a show-cause notice to the President Hockey Federation of Pakistan (PHF) Tariq Bugti, for not holding elections and financial embezzlement, 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

In the show-cause notice, Tariq Bugti was asked to submit his satisfactory reply within seven days.

Tariq Bugti is also facing allegations of violations of rules and regulations and misuse of official funds.

Pakistan Sports Board directed Tariq Bugti to submit details of expenditures which he paid by using unauthorized bank accounts.

Tariq Bugti also failed to submit a complete income record of Abdul Sattar Edhi Hockey Stadium.

The matter will be forwarded to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in case Tariq Bugti fails to submit his reply in seven days.
