IHC judge dissociates himself from Durrani’s case
Islamabad High Court (IHC) Judge Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiani on Friday excused himself from further hearing former DG ISI Asad Durrani’s case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Justice Kiani said he knew the complete background of the case filed for removing the name of Asad Durrani from the Exit Control List (ECL).
He added he was about to write down the judgement, but due to some reasons which he could not divulge, he was dissociating himself from the case.
“Now, I am forwarding the case to IHC Chief Justice Athar Minallah who will form a new bench for hearing the case,” he added.
