Gold price surges in Pakistan

Following the trend of the international market, the prices of gold increased in the Pakistani jeweller market on Thursday.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, the per tola price of 24 karat gold increased by Rs200 and was sold at Rs2,16,300 on Thursday compared to its sale at Rs2,16,100 on the last trading day.

The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also increased by Rs171 to Rs1,85,442 from Rs1,85,271.

The price of 10 grams of pure silver of 24 karat remained stagnant at Rs2,650 per tola.

The price of per ounce gold in the international market increased by $5 to $2,052 from $.2,047.
