Five buffalos belonging to a widow died after someone made them eat poisoned fodder in Narowal on Tuesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

As per details, five buffalos worth Rs2.5 million of a widow were poisoned due to personal enmity in Rehman Pura Mohallah in Narowal. 

The widow accused the influential landlords of the village of giving poison to her cattle. She said that the landlords were unhappy that her buffalos would eat grass from the same fields where the cattle of the landlords would eat. They often quarreled with her on this issue, the widow said alleging that the village Chaudhrys had killed her buffalos by giving them poison due to their enmity and envy.

The poor lady used to earn her livelihood by selling buffalos milk.
