Pakistani filmmakers often release their biggest films during Eid holidays to attract larger audiences and achieve better box office success.

1. Psycho
From the teasers released so far, Shaan Shahid appears in the role of a lawyer who takes large sums of money to defend lies instead of supporting the truth. The film seems packed with intense conflicts and action sequences.
Meera appears to reflect the dark and mysterious side hinted at in the film’s title, while Sonya Hussyn may have a surprising role that audiences will discover on the big screen.
Meera looks fierce and dangerous in the teasers, while Shaan Shahid grabs attention in what seems to be a negative and manipulative role. Now, it remains to be seen whether the film can truly leave audiences “psycho.”
Psycho is directed by Shaan Shahid and stars Shaan Shahid, Meera and Sonya Hussyn. The film is produced by Red Lipstick Productions.

2. Luv Di Saun
The trailer suggests that the story revolves around Farhan Saeed and Mamya Shajaffar. Farhan’s character is deeply in love with her but later discovers her profession and asks her to leave it behind. However, she explains that she first needs someone she can call family.
The film also introduces a typical villain, whose intentions will only be revealed after its Eid release. Audiences will also find out whether Farhan Saeed’s character ultimately wins her love.
The music has been sung by Farhan Saeed himself, and the film features both Punjabi and Urdu dialogues. Mamya Shajaffar looks stunning on screen, while Farhan Saeed also brings his charm to the teaser.
Luv Di Saun is directed by Syed Faisal Bukhari and produced by ARY Films, Parvez Malik Films and Salman Iqbal Films.
The cast includes Farhan Saeed, Mamya Shajaffar and Babar Ali.

3. Zombeid
Finally, the third film set for release is Zombeid, starring blockbuster on-screen pair Mehwish Hayat and Fahad Mustafa, who are known for films like Actor in Law and Load Wedding.
Zombeid introduces a new genre for Pakistani cinema, as it revolves around a zombie outbreak spreading across the area. Mehwish Hayat appears to play a police officer or another official role trying to save people alongside Fahad Mustafa.
Fahad Mustafa’s character also seems to be fighting to protect others, although there are hints that he may get possessed as well.
One more thing to notice about the title of the film Zombeid is maybe a combination of two words zombie+EID=Zombeid.
The film is directed by Nabeel Qureshi and Fizza Ali Mirza and directed by Nabeel Qureshi Himself.
