♦ Fawad Ch said the appointment of DG ISI was the constitutional right of the prime minister and the appointment would be made through constitutional and legal way. ♦ The National Accountability Bureau has filed an application in the Islamabad High Court seeking dismissal of Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) Vice-President Maryam Nawaz Sharif and her husband Capt (retd) Muhammad Safdar Awan’s bails. The NAB submitted an application to the Islamabad High Court for the cancellation of Maryam Nawaz’s bail on the grounds that the PML-N vice-president had misused her bail freedom. It pleaded that Maryam turned the court building into a political theatre every time she came to attend the hearing.
