Three murder accused escaped from a court in Rawalpindi on Saturday after their bail pleas were disposed of, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The court conducted the hearing of the case regarding murder of nine-year-old student, Ali Faizan, at a seminary in Kallar Sayyadan.

The three accused – Muhammad Sharif, Imran and Asim Sharif – were wanted by the police but they made their escape good as soon as their bail pleas were dismissed.

Additional Sessions Judge Jahangir Gondal delivered the ruling on the accused’s bail pleas, after agreeing with the arguments of Ali Faizan’s lawyer, Waqas Kayani Advocate.

Another three accused nominated in the case, namely Qari Sanaullah, Mujtaba and Hamza Tayyab are in police custody on physical remand.

Deceased Faizan was brutally tortured at the madrassa. He was taken to a hospital but breathed his last during treatment.

His murder case was registered at Kallar Sayyadan Police Station.
