Agriculture Advisor to Chief Minister Sindh Manzoor Wassan who is known as a ‘political dreamer’ has predicted that the next general elections could be held in August 2022.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader and seasoned politician Manzoor Wassan once again started expressing his dreams related to the future of Pakistani politics.

He claimed in his new predictions that Mian Nawaz Sharif of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) would not return home till the year 2022 while Prime Minister Imran Khan would lose his popularity in the same year.

Wassan said that Imran Khan would out to the government in 2022 as fast as he came to power.

He said he was seen general election taking place in the country in the months of August, September or October in 2022.

About the future of the PPP chairman, Wassan predicted that the party would come forward under the leadership of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, and at that time it would be in a different position.

Wassan also said that the PPP would win the next general election if free, fair and transparent elections would be held in the country.

He said the next election would be contested between PML-N and PPP while the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) would and PPP would take more seats in Karachi.

The PPP leader said that in the next general election, ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) would hardly win a seat from Karachi in the future.

He also suggested Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazal group (JUI-F) head Maulana Fazalur Rehman to get rest in politics as he had become old for this job and should give way to kids to come forward.
