Three drown in Indus River in separate Swabi incidents

Three people drowned in the Indus River in two separate incidents in Swabi, Rescue 1122 officials said on Thursday.

According to Rescue 1122, the first incident was reported from Batakara, where rescue teams rushed to the scene after receiving information about the drowning.

A second incident occurred near Nabi Kalay, where a young man drowned in the Indus River. Rescue 1122 divers launched a search and rescue operation after being alerted.

Rescue officials said the bodies of two people had been recovered so far, while the search for the third person was continuing.
