Poverty-stricken man stabs two daughters to death

A poverty-stricken man committed suicide after killing his two daughters in Rajgarh area of Lahore on Wednesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Police say both daughters of 67-year-old Muhammad Zia, 34-year-old Sadia and 30-year-old Aqsa, whom he stabbed to death, were mentally and physically handicapped.  

SHO Sanda added after having killed them, he also injured himself with a knife. “He was shifted to a hospital but he succumbed to his injuries,” he explained.

SP Iqbal Town said further investigation was underway while the bodies had been shifted to a mortuary.

Chunian daughters

Two daughters of a labourer in Chunian are suffering from a mysterious disease. He said how can he afford their medical treatment as he lives in a rented house.

Parents of both the girls have appealed to the prime minister and the chief minister for help.

Abdur Razzaq have five children and the two eldest are suffering from the mysterious disease.
