Maya Ali and Emmad Irfani to act in Shoaib-directed film ‘Aasman Bolay Ga’

Shoaib Mansoor, Pakistan’s renowned filmmaker, has announced his new project, Aasmaan Bolay Ga, featuring Emmad Irfani and Maya Ali.

Maya Ali and Irfani are working together for the first time on the same project.

The Bol director announced it on Instagram.

Shoaib penned: “Khuda Kay Liye, Bol, Verna, Aasmaan Bolay Ga. There you go! The wait is finally over! Ladies & gentlemen, please fasten your seatbelts and brace yourselves for the skies! Shoaib Mansoor’s new adventure and venture, Aasmaan Bolay Ga is on the horizon to take you on an unforgettable journey! Sit tight!”

The video unveils what appears to be an airplane control panel, declaring that the makers of Khuda Kay Liye and Bol are set to board the flight of their lives, taking us with them. In December 2020, Ali had revealed that she feels “blessed” to be working with Mansoor. Since Aasmaan Bolay Ga was set to go on floors at the time.

Sharing a candid picture of herself with Mansoor, the Mann Mayal actress had written: "First day on the set of #ABG, blessed to have gotten a chance to work with the great Shoaib Sahab."

The director before hinted at his upcoming film by posting it on Instagram.

“It was the 7th of July 2007; the film journey started…fast-forward to 15 years, it’s the same date and an anonymous teaser is here from the master-mind himself Shoaib Mansoor! Is there a sequence to the names of the films? Khuda Kay Liye, Bol, Verna… agay kia ho ga? Any wild guesses?” he wrote.

Fans are so excited for this movie. One user commented: “I have been waiting years for this. No one makes better films in Pakistan than Mansoor sahab. Instead of focusing on frivolous and superficial, like others, his work has depth and biting poetical witticism. Can't wait! Another user wrote, “WoWwwww Emad Irfani and Maya superb ...
