Punjab Bar Council dissolves all sub-committees

The Punjab Bar Council has decided to dissolve all sub-committees formed under its various committees, marking a significant administrative step aimed at streamlining its affairs, 24NewsHD TV reported on Saturday. 

According to an office order issued by Secretary Rafaqat Sohail, all notifications relating to sub-committees constituted by different committees of the council have been withdrawn with immediate effect.

The decision was taken in light of a resolution passed by the General House of the Punjab Bar Council, the order stated.

Under the new directives, no committee will be allowed to establish a new sub-committee without obtaining prior approval from the competent authority.

The office order further warned that any officer or employee found violating the instructions would face strict disciplinary action.
